The book holds those lines and no others. Mortimer will never ask for your real name, address, date of birth, phone number or any payment detail, since no room in the house has anything to sell. Your password is kept solely as a one-way hash. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (keeping the account you requested). Deleting the account wipes every line immediately, using the button on your account page.

Google tags, with consent and not otherwise

When you press “Accept all”, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags help us measure visits and see whether our adverts bring people in to play, such as the moment a first spin happens. Your IP address, device information and those events go to Google. When you press “Essential only”, the tags work in consent mode without cookies and without advertising identifiers. Lawful basis: consent.

For security, the manor’s host keeps routine request logs for a short while. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

Payment data is never collected; the manor sells nothing.
Marketing emails leave the house only for people who ask for them.
Your data is not sold or rented to anyone, ever.
No data passes to gambling operators, and the house carries no gambling affiliate links.

The rights you hold over the book

Whenever you wish, you can access, correct, erase or restrict your data, object to its processing, and withdraw consent. Deleting the account from the account page erases the account data immediately, and clearing this site’s data in your browser removes what remains. To raise a complaint, contact the ICO at ico.org.uk.
